A private balcony offers river views from the top floor, and the room is equipped with air‑conditioning. The space sleeps two guests, with a sofa bed available as an extra bed and a crib also on request. A sofa provides additional seating within the air‑conditioned interior.

My stay at Baan SamSa Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with any request or local advice. The rooms were large, airy and beautifully positioned overlooking the Nam Khan River, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Each morning the delicious breakfast was a real highlight, with fresh and tasty options to start the day. The hotel is also perfectly located near the top end of the peninsula, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions, temples, cafés and markets in Luang Prabang. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the town

The staff were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly; they assisted us with booking train tickets, provided breakfast in the room, kept the rooms clean, arranged a taxi to the hospital (who helped with translation all the way to the hospital bed and personally picked us up again), and the rooms themselves were spacious, extraordinarily beautiful, and unique. The breakfast was sublime, with heavenly granola. The price might be a bit on the expensive side because there is no pool, but otherwise everything was perfect!
