“NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO”
The only good thing was the location. From the moment you arrive, getting into the room feels like a escape room: you’re sent everything via WhatsApp, go to an address a couple of blocks away, enter a code on a lock, get some keys, enter another code on the door, get more keys, and then enter yet another code on another door to finally get the room keys. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible—dirty sheets made it hard to sit on the bed. The bathroom is not private even though the ad says it is; it’s actually shared with other rooms. There is no proper lighting—only a lamp in a corner near the door with poor illumination, and the switch is broken. You can’t turn on the lamp while charging your phone because the electricity trips and everything goes dark, including the phone charger. In summer, when temperatures reach 36‑38 °C outside, there’s only a tiny fan that can’t be used at the same time as the lamp or another outlet. In short, I paid for this and had to find another place that same day because it was so unclean, unsafe, and in disrepair. They still haven’t refunded me, even though they don’t deliver what they advertise and the photos don’t match the reality, which is clearly outdated and ruined. I ended up spending extra money to find a decent place that night with at least clean sheets, which this place didn’t even have.
