The location is pretty good. I don’t think the price matches what was offered; there are better value options nearby. The room was simple, exactly as chosen, but the cost doesn’t reflect the room’s condition.

The place is very accessible to tourist spots and has plenty of nearby shops for souvenirs. The staff were generally friendly, and breakfast was quick and tasty. You can walk to Cartagena’s center and explore on foot without issue. One room smelled strongly of dampness and had a sour odor; it only had one window and our belongings stayed wet because of the air conditioning. We were helped by a staff member in the early morning who couldn’t tell us which streets we were on, which a hotel employee should know. Aside from that, our stay was good.

One‑night stay. The hotel has an excellent location, the manager is super friendly and always attentive to requests. The room is very comfortable, the mattress good, and hot water is available if desired. It’s a solid 10 in everything, and I recommend it. We had a à la carte breakfast instead of a buffet. Nothing else.
