The gardens, pool, and balconies looked beautiful, and the location was reasonably close to shops and restaurants, with a convenience store just a minute’s walk down a short lane. The room and bathroom were nice, and the balcony offered a lovely view. However, the advertised “1‑minute walk” to named restaurants was inaccurate—none of the cafés or restaurants mentioned were within a minute’s walk; most were several kilometers away, and some didn’t exist on the map. The listed walk distances were completely off: for example, My Warung Echo Beach was described as a 1‑minute walk (110 m) but is actually about 900 m away, and Mades Banana Flour Co was listed as 1‑minute walk (32 m) yet is actually 4.5 km away. While this may not be the hotel’s fault, the information definitely needs updating. The nearest cafés start at about 150–200 m in both directions on the main road, so they’re not within walking distance for anyone with mobility issues. The door lock on our room needed repair, as it was very difficult to lock and unlock each time we left. The air‑con was weak but functional, and there was no fridge in the room. The walk‑by list of cafés was entirely inaccurate for all mentioned, and some don’t exist on maps. The convenience store is about 2 minutes away, which is fine. The accommodation itself is nice.
