“We cancelled our booking and because of the unprofessional conduct of the Front Desk Superviser.”
We booked a family room, which was confirmed, yet upon arrival we were charged the family‑room rate—about double a standard room—while the front‑desk supervisor, Mr. Phaks, gave us a standard room without apologising or explaining, and there was no real help to move us into the room we had paid for, so we cancelled and booked Hotel 430 instead, which I’d strongly recommend.
The reception lady was exceptionally helpful; she’s the best and most charming.

The location is great, and the car hire right across the parking area made for an easy getaway.

The place has a decent location, but they forgot to pick me up from the airport, the room wasn’t ready at 15:00, the pool had been out of service for weeks without any notice, and the European breakfast was poor and had nothing local.

I liked the shower room more, it’s clean, quiet, spacious, and elegant, but I wish the amenity tray could include honey for those of us who avoid sugar.
