The location was great, close to public transport, shops, restaurants, and patisseries, and the cleanliness was excellent. The main issues were external: the shower water had no pressure, probably a building problem that worsened during peak hours, and the streets can be very noisy even after midnight.

The spot sits right in Naples’ Spanish quarter, which is great. But the room was too tight for five of us, and there was no way to boil water for tea. The window looked out onto a noisy street, so opening it was almost impossible.

The spa facilities added a touch of luxury to our stay, which was especially helpful for recovery after running a half marathon. The location was excellent, with the seafront a short walk away and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, reflecting well on the property, and there was nothing that could have improved our stay.

The central location was excellent. The room felt a bit unwelcoming, and the rooms didn’t match what we had booked. The bidet had an unresolved water leak, and we couldn’t check out because the host was absent. The price was too high for the services we received, and there was mold in the bathroom.
