The staff were really friendly and welcoming when I arrived. However, it can get pretty noisy and chaotic here, with some people looking to relax and others wanting to have a good time. It would be helpful if they had set quiet hours or something.

The facilities are really comfortable and in a great spot, close to Montenegro and Quimbaya. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and there's plenty to keep you entertained. However, a few things could be improved, like the lack of decent pillows, a non-working TV, and a broken fan - luckily the weather was mild.

The place looks nice and the staff are really formal and attentive. However, our room was right next to another one with a shared door, which meant zero privacy - we could hear everything going on next door, and the loud talking kept us up all night.
