There was nothing positive, and everything was negative.

They offered a free shuttle to the airport, but I had no idea about the shuttle to the hotel; even through booking I was told to ask at a nearby location and no one helped, so I ended up taking a LYFT.

The staff were clean, friendly and helpful, and the location is good, but having a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

We got in late at night and the front desk agent was very kind and helpful, giving me clear instructions for the morning route I needed; his accommodation really enhanced my experience. We also appreciated the quietness and the lack of fuss. However, this place is meant for crashing between flights and travel, not for staying for the amenities or aesthetics. It worked for what we needed, though better food and drink options would be nice.
