The staff and location were nice, but the bathroom was uncomfortable and smelled awful, water leaked from the pool, the upstairs floor was noisy and there was no staff to address it. The bed sheets and mattress felt like they were still feeling the springs.

The staff were polite, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location in the old part of town was great. Nearby was a good spot for dinner, Capri, and housekeeping cleaned daily. I could leave my luggage after checkout and pick it up in the evening. The floor had a kettle and iron, and the room had a fridge. The only missing items were disposable slippers and glasses.

The location was good. The shower cabin was steam‑y from deep cleaning and the plumbing felt like it belonged in an old building.

The staff were friendly, professional, and especially the receptionist was brilliant and very pleasant. The TV had no remote, the bathroom was tiny and curved with a broken fan, there were no blinds or curtains so light flooded in, and the Wi‑Fi was weak.

The room was simple and worn but tidy; we received fresh towels and sheets during our four‑night stay, with hot and cold water and both soap and shampoo. The mattress was quite firm.
