Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff here are absolute pros - they're friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help. The only downside is that the rooms could use a bit of TLC; the carpet edges are fraying and the caulking in the bathroom could be improved.

The location is a major plus - there's a convenient market on the ground floor, so you can grab essentials without leaving the hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked without a hitch, so I didn't encounter any major issues. However, the building itself feels a bit dated, but the cleanliness is top-notch, so it's not a problem.

The hotel's location is pretty central, just a 15-minute walk to the main area of Palau, but there are some perks to being a bit off the beaten path. For one, there's a great Japanese restaurant just a minute's walk away, and a burger truck that's a 6-minute stroll. You'll also find a convenience store downstairs, and another bigger mart just a 3-minute walk away, so grabbing snacks or drinks in the evening is a breeze.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and made a big effort to make me feel welcome. The location is great, right in the heart of the city, but the noise from the street can be a bit much at night. The room itself was small but spotless and had everything I needed. The only thing that really let it down was the breakfast - it was a bit of a letdown, to be honest, with not much variety and some of the food looking a bit stale. [REVIEW]

I've got to say, the staff here are absolute gems - they're super friendly and really go out of their way to help. My friend Racheal in particular was a highlight of my stay, always smiling and making sure I had everything I needed. The location's not bad either, it's right in the heart of things with shops and supermarkets like the one under the WPH Desekel just a short walk away.
