Henry and Alberto’s service is very good. We arrived early and Alberto let us drop off our luggage. The location is very good – 10 minutes from the Vatican and 5 from the Ottaviano metro, making it easy to move in any direction. I have no complaints, only a suggestion to allow guests to cook or use a microwave in the kitchen area. There was an issue with our room handle and it was fixed immediately. Thanks for everything!!

The facility is really comfortable just a few steps from the Vatican, the staff is super helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check‑in/out for our convenience. Super cordiality and kindness.
