We appreciated that after complaining about the original room and the food, we were moved to a larger, better room with a wonderful view and a huge terrace; the food improved somewhat but still wasn't special. In the end we missed most of the hotel meals and chose to eat outside. The hotel doesn't provide an experience that matches a 5‑star level; the original room had a stale odor, a dirty toilet seat, two uncomfortable separate mattresses, and a limited view. Food quality was awful, and service was far below 5‑star standards. The beach loungers were metal, uncomfortable, and extra‑paid.
