“Very disappointing stay — dirty, uncomfortable and nothing like we expected.”
We barely liked anything about our stay; the overall experience was utterly disappointing. The room was in a very poor and unhygienic condition and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival, looking drastically different from the photos we had seen when booking. The beds were extremely small and uncomfortable, especially for taller guests—two of us are over 1.80 m, and the beds were far too short for us. Their positioning left very little space between them, making the sleeping arrangement even more uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper provided, a basic necessity that should have been available upon arrival. The most frustrating part was that we could not reach the property or host directly when these problems arose; we had to contact Customer Service for assistance instead. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the room, sleeping arrangements, and lack of communication were far below what we expected.
