The hosts were very kind, and we received divine dinners. The only downside was the last stretch of the drive and the limited water usage due to dry weather.

Istvan looked after us the entire stay, served amazing homemade meals, and the room was comfortable with firm yet cozy beds. The forest surroundings were very relaxing and offered plenty of hiking options.

Andi and István were incredibly friendly hosts. The food was delicious, with real home‑cooked flavors. The rooms were simple but clean, exactly what you need in a place like this. They reminded us to use water sparingly and only as needed, which is a fair request because the water supply is limited out here. I hope anyone who visits will honor this simple, basic request; it’s not something we take for granted back home. I look forward to returning in a nicer season—perhaps winter—because the scenery is also beautiful. We’re grateful for the warm, friendly welcome and for getting to meet such people in today’s world. We wish them many more years.

The quiet and calm, and the fact that almost no one else was around us.
