The hotel's overall cleanliness and comfort made for a truly enjoyable experience
The staff on the day of check-in seemed clueless, unable to find my booking after my long journey.
The laundry facilities and proximity to food outlets were also convenient

“Comfortable, easy access to train to downtown.”
The front desk quickly fixed the reservation mistake that had been made for the wrong date, and they were very helpful. The room did have a working TV remote.
“Great value for money. Loved the free shuttle to the airport and staff. Rooms were clean.”
We had an early flight, so the staff arranged breakfast the night before for us to take to the airport, and the free shuttle to the airport was a pleasant surprise. Most of the staff were great, but the girl who checked us in forgot to write our name on the shuttle list; when I asked for an extra towel and soap, she replied “No” in a dismissive, joking tone, which is unacceptable in a hotel.
“I cant imagine why it has so many good reviews.”
The place was clean and quiet, and a short walk to an IHOP mattered because the Inn’s “breakfast buffet” was disappointing. The free shuttle was a joke: it took 45 minutes to pick us up after I called from the designated spot at SEA‑TAC, the driver was rude and hard to understand, and he didn’t announce the stops for the two different hotels, assuming everyone knew. Check‑in was a nightmare with a frantic man behind the counter talking a mile a minute in heavily accented English while guests waited. It was the worst motel experience I’ve ever had, and it wasn’t even cheap. We ended up calling Lyft in the morning instead of dealing with the shuttle again.
The sofa bed turned out to be much smaller than we had imagined; we were hoping for a queen‑size pull‑out, but it was a fold‑out that was too short for our 1.76‑meter‑tall son.
The room was clean, but the breakfast area was cramped.
