The staff entered the private pool room multiple times without warning, freely passing through the pool area.

The service was excellent, the staff at the bar and by the pool were friendly, and Alvina was lovely! We really enjoyed it :)) The park was wonderful, but the facilities supposedly suited people 120 and up, while my son is 115, and that completely ruined our day with the mid-level slides on the snake floor… (not the extreme ones). They were actually suitable for him, not scary at all; he only saw his sister climbing and didn’t because he was 5 cm short. The staff didn’t move a millimeter, even though I was a supervising parent and he wasn’t supposed to go alone! Other parks adjust height based on the equipment, but here they just gave a general 120 guideline, and a second thought about adjustments would have saved a lot of frustration for kids waiting for the water park.
