The little house was adorable and the breakfast Sue whipped up every morning was spot‑on, while the hot tub on the patio made evenings feel extra cozy. Its spot near the lake is perfect for anyone with a kayak, and Ganges is just a quick 10‑minute dash for groceries or dinner. Only downside: the curtains let in a lot of light, so bring a sleep mask if you’re a light sleeper.

This place felt like a hidden oasis—comfortable rooms, a quiet vibe, and a hot tub that was just right for unwinding. The breakfast was delicious and the location, though tucked away, added to the sense of escape. The only thing to note is that it’s pretty secluded, so you’ll need a car if you want to get into town.

Everything we needed was right there, from the fully equipped rooms to the private garden and its own hot tub, which made the stay feel luxurious. Sue and Chris gave us genuine Saltspring hospitality, and the breakfasts were simply marvelous. We’re already planning to come back on our next island visit.
