Everything was spotless and well kept, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was so comfortable that I actually walked barefoot on the floor because it felt clean enough. The parking area was a bit tricky to navigate and the continental breakfast could have been a touch better.

The location was quiet and the staff were friendly. I can’t fathom how this hotel got such a high overall rating. The bathroom was newly renovated but the ventilation didn’t work, so the plaster on the wall was already flaking off. There were small bugs in the room and the furniture was dark and worn out. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The casino itself was nice. I asked the lady not to put me in the smoking room and she was very rude. My husband woke up feeling very ill from cigarette smoke, and the lady who checked us in was also rude.
