The view from the room was lovely, yet the lobby was missing and coffee was almost impossible to find; I stumbled upon a local restaurant with outrageous prices, awful service, and terrible food, giving the impression that the hotel is poorly developed.

It’s a beautiful spot with roomy, attractive rooms and bathrooms right on the beach, where turtles swim right outside; there’s still no on‑site food or drink service, but the little restaurant two doors away offers delicious meals and beverages.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive, always looking after us. The view was amazing and the place was quiet and soothing—perfect for relaxing. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Right on the beach with a beautiful view, but there was no mini‑fridge in the room.

Central between Welligama & Ahangama. Beautiful beach in front & walking distance along to a new surf club. Staff were helpful & arranged transfers.Were very accommodating for late checkout given we are off season. Only 1 pillow each on.the bed. No small fridge in room and no food onsite. Not too much choice of restaurants nearby but a short tuk tuk.ride & you have more choice
