Our stay was overall excellent. We especially want to highlight the very friendly and attentive staff. The lobby bar, the à la carte restaurants and the beach service impressed us greatly. Special praise goes to the animation team and the sports offerings. We booked Padel Tennis three times and were thrilled each time. The coaches were professional, friendly and unobtrusive. Yoga and sound therapy were also superb. We found the WhatsApp guest service very positive, quick and hassle‑free. Cleanliness throughout the hotel and in our room was outstanding. Toilets, sinks and all public areas were always very clean and well maintained. The only minor issues were that new guests at breakfast were sometimes not immediately noticed and water at the tables was occasionally not refilled. Also, the shuttle had occasional wait times of about 10 minutes, but that was not constant. These are small improvement points for us and not major criticisms. Our standard room was very clean, well‑kept and overall very nice. The cleaning was truly excellent. As a small suggestion, we would like the standard rooms to be renovated and modernized in the future. We also saw the executive rooms and found them very modern and high‑quality.

We traveled as a couple and spent 10 days at Rixos Bodrum in September. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our holiday. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the people, the quality and variety of the food, and the range of facilities available. Food: The food was genuinely unmatched compared with other hotels we have stayed at. The buffet was huge, with new selections every day, an excellent variety of salads and cheeses, and a pasta station. We also had a romantic dinner at one of the hotel’s Italian restaurants, which was exceptional. The food was excellent and the service from Mert and Adema was particularly memorable. Room: We stayed in a Deluxe Premium Sea View room. The sea view itself was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights. However, we felt that the room decor and overall standard did not quite match the quality and luxury of the rest of the resort. This was probably the main area where we felt the hotel could improve. People & service: The people really made our stay. We were very well taken care of by Guest Relations, especially Vasif and Memet, who were extremely helpful when we raised our concerns about the room. We also had a WhatsApp group with our Guest Services team — Ipek, Ozlem and Hiram — which made communication very easy and meant we always had someone available to help. Sports & activities: There was a great choice of activities throughout the stay. We particularly enjoyed the daily paddleboarding with Mert, sound healing, yoga with Kristiana and Zumba with Vlada. The gym was also excellent and very well equipped. Resort facilities: We loved the smaller facilities around the resort, which made the holiday feel very relaxing and enjoyable — the ice cream café, coffee shop, Godiva patisserie and beach restaurant were all great additions. These little touches really contributed to the overall experience.

The property is stunning, with a breathtaking landscape of olive trees, lush green grass, and crystal‑clear azure water; the sea view from the room brightened every morning, and the mattresses were so comfortable they felt like sleeping as a baby. The breakfast tea selection—white tea, yoga tea, jasmine—was outstanding. The fish restaurant dishes could use some improvement.

The food was good, and the surroundings outside the buildings were pleasant. There were plenty of sports options, a great spa, and convenient transportation. A few minor details were not very important.
