I appreciated the hotel's central location and accessibility to public transport, as well as its proximity to some great restaurants. However, I was disappointed by the poor insulation in the walls, which allowed me to overhear conversations and activities in the next room, including loud chatter until 4:00 a.m. The cleaning could also have been more thorough, with dust accumulating under the cabinets and other hidden areas.

While the room had its nice moments, I was put off by the lack of an elevator, which wasn't mentioned anywhere - a real drawback when you're lugging multiple bags up several floors. The room itself wasn't clean, especially the bathtub, which had visible dirt and hair, and we even spotted some ants.

I enjoyed the nice bathtub and room, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. However, I was let down by the complete absence of staff, noisy neighbors that I couldn't get a response about, and thin walls that didn't help block out the disturbance. The place could have been cleaned to a higher standard, and the leftover trolleys on the landings were a nuisance.

“Fire alarm, No elevator”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The large bathtub was a lovely touch, but the lack of an elevator made it a real hassle to lug our five big suitcases up the stairs. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off two nights in a row around 11:30 PM, making us feel really uneasy and prompting us to request a refund for the remaining night.

I booked this hotel hoping to experience the luxurious spa-like atmosphere I saw on social media, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The bathroom was slippery when the hot tub was filled, and the bubbles made it even more hazardous. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more than a standard motel experience, especially since the room had a large bathtub. I wouldn't hesitate to choose a different hotel next time.
