Old and tired in appearance. Mainly dinner service . Waited one hour and fifteen minutes for a garden salad and a Caesar salad which was our meal we ordered . The garden salad which cost $18 was made up of a handful of mixed leaves , 1/4 of a tomato cut in half and some grated carrot !

The location was great, close to the beach and walking trails, the room was comfortable, the ensuite was a good size with a great shower, and they served dinner; it was quiet. The building looked a bit tired and could use some sprucing up outside, plus a clearer sign outside indicating the motel.

The hotel’s location is close to the beach and the shops at Green Head, which made my visit convenient. No negatives to mention.

We got there late and had to hunt for the manager. Dinner was a Caesar salad with chicken, but the chicken portion was so small it seemed omitted. We asked for oil to stop the bathroom door’s horrible squeak. The shower hadn’t been cleaned properly, water barely warm, and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but acceptable, except the TV had only one channel. Some areas were cluttered with cleaning gear and other items, so the place needed a serious tidy‑up. The staff were pleasant and tried to help, but the overall experience was underwhelming.

The bedding was just okay, but there was no hot water and the shower fittings were corroded and rotten. The TV had no sound because the walls are paper‑thin. We only stayed one night before heading back to Perth.
