We loved everything, but the hospitality, friendliness, attention and care from the staff and the owner are the highlights! Everyone was very kind. The house is beautiful, its ambience is charming. Breakfast was tasty. The room was comfortable, well‑climatized, with excellent bed, pillows and sheets. The location is great, close to Rua Itália with many restaurants and bars, and near the metro and other tourist spots within a 1 km radius. The hotel also offers constant water for guests. 1000/1000 in hospitality ❤️. The bathroom still has curtains instead of a glass box; a simple adaptation would be nice. Even though we understand the effort required to maintain such a place, the cleaning of the many glass surfaces deserves attention.
