I think the service was really good. I would appreciate it if the sofa legs were properly fixed instead of just temporarily patched with a towel.

The TV was huge and I could watch subscription videos, which was great. The room’s air‑con was noisy, the staff’s voice over the phone was too quiet and their attitude was bad. The food and drinks I ordered never arrived, and the room wasn’t cleaned. On the sofa, between the wall and the chair, there were a few lunch containers, a nutrition drink bottle, and several cigarette butts.

“ラブホテル”

I stayed there on a first business trip and it was larger than a typical business hotel, with a big TV and bath. Though I didn’t use it, there was karaoke and an Amazon Fire Stick, and I could order many foods and drinks from the room. I couldn’t order ice because the bill for the stay and food couldn’t be split, so I had to go to a nearby convenience store; when I left or returned I had to call the front desk to unlock the door, which was a hassle. I used my company business card for the stay, so I couldn’t settle the other charges together, which was inconvenient. If that’s not required, it’s very comfortable, but the payment process needs improvement for future business trips.
