The central location was convenient, and any small problems were fixed immediately. The reading lamp didn’t work, and because of the location we could hear traffic and street noise.

The room was spacious but not as comfortable as the pictures suggested; nearby public parking was a plus. Finding the entrance was hard and there was no direct car access to the hotel. The room safe was broken and I had to wait twice for staff to open it, and one bathroom lamp was out.

The room was spacious and tidy, overall a good experience. The window wouldn’t close or open properly, and the rain shower malfunctioned while the shower frame was so loose I feared it might break. The shower head itself was excellent with strong water pressure. I wish there had been tea or coffee powder for the kettle and a few more pieces of cutlery in the tiny kitchen (two coffee spoons instead of just one), but those are minor points.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is great. The whole hotel smells like the garlic‑heavy food cooked in the restaurant below. The so‑called air conditioning is a kind of cooler under the window that makes a hellish noise but doesn’t cool the room. There were no 40x80 pillows, and the ones that were available were lumpy. Also, the rooms were not cleaned daily.
