The breakfast was scheduled to start at 6:30 am. I had an appointment at 7:20 am and needed about 50 minutes to get there, so I called at 6:15 am to explain the situation and ask if I could have breakfast a bit earlier, since the service was already prepared and had been paid for. Even so, there was no flexibility, and breakfast was only released at 6:35 am, which contributed to my lateness. Also, at check‑in I was told a parking fee of R$ 30.00 would be charged. That information should have been provided earlier, during the booking, so guests could plan.

Nothing. Rooms were dirty. We had to request sheets because they weren’t provided. Breakfast was terrible; we had to go out for coffee because the hotel’s breakfast was unacceptable.

Nothing good. The breakfast was awful – we had to leave every day to eat elsewhere. Rooms were dirty, linens were old, and the staff were very poor. I don’t recommend it and won’t return.

I loved the French bread on the grill at breakfast, a staple in Rio bakeries and elsewhere. The breakfast I had was good quality. The rooms offered simple comfort with beauty, practicality, and ease.
