During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were not only professional but also extremely helpful, making my experience truly memorable. The ambiance of the hotel was great, and I was delighted to find that the place was spotlessly clean. However, there was one minor issue that caught my attention - the hotel didn't have face towels available, and instead, I was given hand towels that were a bit too large for bathing.

“PLEASE FIX THE TOILET”

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the breakfast was truly exceptional, and the bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was also perfectly suited to my needs. However, things took a turn for the worse when I encountered a persistent issue with the bathroom drain, which remained clogged throughout my stay, leaving the floor flooded.
