Olive Hotel Brookefield by Embassy Group

“The room size was perfect and the staff was polite. The check-in process was smooth, and the breakfa”

Breakfast was basic with limited options. You may consider adding a few more options to the breakfast menu. The room was good. However, a few switches were loose and require repair. Also, the washroom drainage was leaking. This is regarding Room 306. You may please look into these issues. Although I did not face any major inconvenience due to these issues, I wanted to highlight them for your attention and to help you maintain the room better

The rooms were spotless and had everything business travelers need for a good price, and the staff were very helpful and polite; the spot was perfect with restaurants, supermarkets, transport and other essentials close by. However, the bathroom cabinets still had stuff in them when I arrived, so a quick check before the next guest would have been appreciated.

The atmosphere was great, and there was nothing to complain about.

The location was convenient, but a dental kit that I had requested was missing, and the water that was supposed to be free was actually charged.

“Great location, value for money”

I liked how close the hotel was to my office, but the breakfast was pre‑packed and the Wi‑Fi was spotty at times.
