The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially Mr George at the café who made sure everything was fine and he’s very sweet and caring, but the hotel definitely needs to be renewed.

It’s in a central location in Broumana, within walking distance of many restaurants, but the property is old, a little run down with lots of workers standing around, and it doesn’t feel comfortable for guests to use the pool while workers linger.

I had a really good experience; the staff were super friendly, the service was excellent, and the location is very central in Brumana so you can walk to many restaurants nearby, so I would definitely come back.

The hotel’s view and location are very nice, but the building is old and needs renovation. The first room we moved into had water dripping from the bathroom ceiling; after we complained they moved us to a different room. Breakfast was disappointing, less than expected, even though the reservation listed an exceptional breakfast. The management apologized, sent us fruit, and offered an extra free night, but we had to leave due to a flight. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth $160 a night.
