The location is calm and the area is posh, but communication across routes could improve. The staff are poorly behaved, housekeeping is subpar, and there is no customer support or service. The TV has no cable connection, there is no geyser, and Wi‑Fi is absent inside the property, making the stay totally boring.

The room was extremely dirty, smelled like Sogi, and was infested with many bugs and live cockroaches; I would never return or recommend this place. The smell was strong and offensive.
