The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, showing genuine care for hospitality. The location made dropping off a student at Virginia Tech very convenient. The property feels a bit old and rundown, yet the beds were comfortable.

The owner is very nice and responsive, offering water and brewed coffee in the office for guests. Each room comes with a mini fridge and a small microwave, and the price is the best you’ll find in Blacksburg. The location is good, too. There’s nothing I didn’t like; guests should know it’s a no‑frills place but great for a few nights.
