Le personnel était sympathique. Le temps d’attente pour avoir notre chambre était complètement décalé par rapport à notre arrivée, et pourtant j’avais demandé un enregistrement anticipé qui ne servait strictement à rien : 3 h d’attente, c’est énorme !

La plage, les espaces communs vastes, et bien décorés. Le personnel adorables et très disponible et nombreux. Confort des chambres : air conditionné bruyant, ventilateur bruyant, couloirs des chambres bruyants le matin tôt cris d’enfants, la nuit client éméchés qui hurlent dans les couloirs. Piscines puant le chlore, sous dimensionnées, clientèle globalement mal éduquée qui se ruent sur la nourriture, et très bruyants. Qualité de la nourriture très basique, idem pour les boissons : bière coupée à l’eau (?), cocktails faits par des mixers doseurs automatiques et mal dosés, vin de piètre qualité.

Muy bien en general. Excepcional ubicación con playa espectacular para huéspedes del hotel a 5 minutos andando. Muy limpio y trabajadores muy atentos. Espectacular fiesta el viernes por la noche. El buffet de calidad aunque un poco repetitivo; a última hora había menos variedad.
