The location of the hotel was great and had a lot of options for food around the area. The first 2 nights they had water and Boiler issues and we had no hot water. They gave us a hard time at first to change the rooms but once the 2nd day came and no hot water we had no choice but to ask for management to get involved. They at first said no changing of room but ultimately changed us to another room

The spot was great and the breakfast hit the mark, but the shower kept dripping all night.

The location was super convenient and the room and bathroom were fine, but having to walk down the hall for ice and then wrestle a heavy door to reach a microwave‑filled space was a major hassle; on top of that, the microwave unit’s front lip made the door impossible to open, so I’d much rather have a microwave in the room.

The bed was comfy and the location was spot on, yet the floor looked filthy as if it hadn’t been swept after renovations; when I called the front desk, the phone was unplugged with no port and just a mess of loose wires behind the table, so I had to walk up and ask for the floor to be cleaned and warn them about the wires, hoping they weren’t dangerous, but the staff only offered an engineer and nothing was fixed.
