Lorenzo was very friendly and helpful! He assisted us with our bicycles and we could store them nicely.

Perfect location due to proximity to the clinic, needed a place to stay on short notice. Friendly reception, punctual, clean and everything you need. Free parking in front of the house. And a cozy covered terrace. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating.

The place is well situated, but there’s no breakfast – only a bed. Air conditioning costs 5 € per day, a first for me.

The bed was fine for the night, but everything else was far from convenient; the nearest shops, restaurants and bars were at least a half‑hour walk away, and the street lighting was very poor. The TV was old, with no good channels and bad reception, and there was no Wi‑Fi, kettle, tea/coffee, curtains (just nets), or fridge. The bedding was unacceptable: sheets and blanket were low quality, the towel was rough like sandpaper and didn’t smell good. I couldn’t charge my phone because the sockets were missing. The host was not very helpful or caring when I asked about shops and amenities; he was dismissive and pointed me toward the motorway, saying McDonald’s was along the road. For the money I paid, I expected a lot better.
