The hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable, but the staff are the worst I've ever encountered; I booked for one day because I had a court appointment, left early, and couldn't return the key at the lobby, so they added a day’s charge and even filed a police report. They sent me rude messages, used profanity, and the staff tried to explain that I had a legitimate reason for not returning the key, yet they still added another day’s fee. Their attitude was terrible, and I was deeply disappointed; I've never stayed anywhere so bad. I also didn't like the front desk receptionist.
