Location. The AC didn't work in my room and it ruined my entire night, that's pretty much it. And I was not given another room formally, only when I was about to checkout in 4 hours did they give me a USED room (by my friends) which thankfully had a functioning AC

I must say, this hotel exceeded my expectations in the most unexpected way. It's truly the worst, but in a weirdly wonderful way. The hotel's quirks and flaws somehow made it endearing, and I found myself looking forward to my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made up for the hotel's shortcomings.

My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious, and the food was top-notch.
