We almost cancelled after seeing the low rating, but we’re glad we came. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was quiet, spotless, and comfy, and the AC worked flawlessly. The pool was clean and well kept. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was kind, welcoming, and ready to help. The location is another plus, with the beach, restaurants, and supermarket just a short walk away. The experience was nothing like the negative reviews we’d read. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves and felt very comfortable. Don’t let the rating stop you; we’d definitely return and recommend it.

We were a bit worried because of the low rating, but after staying we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very different from what some reviews say. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was quiet, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We were especially pleased with the AC and the overall cleanliness. The pool was clean and well kept, making our stay even better. The location is great—close to the beach, supermarkets, and many restaurants. We can’t understand why the hotel has such a low rating. Based on our stay, it deserves higher reviews. Don’t be discouraged by the negative comments. Management was excellent, staff super friendly, rooms clean, pool great, and the overall stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended.
