“Hace un calor insoportable”

I liked the common area—it’s small but very comfortable and fully equipped, and the key‑access for everything is a big plus, but after a scorching heatwave I barely slept, both during the day because the sun hit straight on and at night because the air conditioning was barely on; the beds are wooden, deep, and no amount of air can circulate, the bathrooms are spacious but poorly designed, the sink is tiny and splashes onto the countertop and floor, leaving everything wet all day, and the showers lack a small shelf for items, just like the beds.

“Una noche en Zaragoza”

The self‑check‑in was handy and the place was generally clean; the location was good even though the neighborhood had a bad reputation. The main problem was that the bathroom partition didn’t seal properly, so every time I used it the whole bathroom got soaked. Additionally, there were no blinds—just very sheer curtains that let in light from the early morning hours. The accommodation sits on an old street full of bars that can feel unsafe, so I’d recommend travelers who want to avoid that vibe to head up on Conde de Aranda Street, turn onto Cerezo Street, and arrive directly at the lodging without passing through that area.

The shared kitchen area was a plus. The only issue was that the hostel was situated in a part of town that felt unsafe at night.

“Parada de descanso y visita corta a la Aljafería”

I liked how centrally located it was and the convenience of a parking spot right outside the building to drop off my car. The downside was that when I arrived in my car I had no idea I could park in front, unload my stuff, and then head to the main parking lot. There was no staff present, so I couldn't ask anyone for help upon arrival.
