I liked the woman at check-in. I like the Nespresso coffee and the fully stocked minibar. The bathroom has nice amenities with Crabtree and Evelyn soap and hair products. The lobby and ground level offering fresh juice was a nice touch. The room had an odd configuration. The decor is dated. The bedroom was barely larger than bed. The couch smelled a bit funky. The hallways are looking worn and need some freshening. The entrance to the hotel off Robson is too hard to notice as a Hilton hotel. Looks like you only care about the restaurant
