The hotel’s central spot right next to the train station was great, and the receptionist was welcoming and even helped us lug our heavy suitcases. However, the signs saying the place is due for renovation were obvious, and the shared areas looked rough around the edges. The Wi‑Fi was dead, but at least the front desk told us about it.

It feels like a hostel, not a hotel.

The only thing that worked was the location. Inside the room, mold, hair, and bugs were everywhere; the mattresses were stained yellow and the bathroom was awful. I was terrified of bed bugs because the room smelled like socks and sweat. The bar downstairs blasted loud music, and I woke up to two wasps and a slug that wouldn’t close the window. Don’t stay here!

Nothing good at all. The room was terrible: a bad bed, a bad bathroom, and the door had no lock from inside. I had to keep one eye open to sleep. Walking in felt like entering a dungeon, with boxes and clutter everywhere.

The location was very convenient, close to the city centre. The building is a bit old and undergoing refurbishment, and it sits above a bar. I stayed on a Saturday night and the noise persisted until 2 am, so if you need a quiet place this isn’t it.
