Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel's staff provided excellent service, but unfortunately, the water was not hot. Despite this issue, the staff's efforts were truly commendable. The lack of hot water was a significant drawback to an otherwise pleasant stay.
