The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was quiet.

The resort looked gorgeous, the pool was excellent, and a few great local restaurants were within walking distance; it was far enough from town to stay quiet yet close enough that a taxi ride cost only 200 baht. The beers at the resort were definitely pricey, but that’s the price of convenience.

It was a calm spot, but the establishment was old and many things were missing (the power outlets didn’t hold, the air‑conditioning was loud and blocked the bed, the shower wasn’t clean). The staff were overwhelmed, rarely available, and only somewhat pleasant.
