The host at the entrance was very sweet; we spent two days in Naples and she agreed to keep our gear for us.

The property’s location was spot‑on, everything within walking distance, but the cleanliness was awful—dust piled under the bed and on the bedside table, the shower felt like a pressure washer with a scale‑covered head, making washing a nightmare; the room was dark with no natural light and clearly needs an update.

The location was fine, but watch out—after being moved to another place on Via Veneto, the staff treated me like a number, the host never replied to a message, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and we got no response; I filed a complaint that still remains unresolved.

The room and especially the bathroom were extremely disgusting, old and rundown, and the room was noisy from the street because the window didn’t close properly; we want a refund for breakfast because it consisted of packaged, stale croissants, some sugary juice, and a bad old coffee machine, all served only in the room, no breakfast area.

The accommodation was very well located, spotless, with air conditioning that worked great; towels were changed daily, the shower had good pressure and heat, and the room offered coffee‑making facilities and a cold fridge; check‑in and check‑out were excellent, and I felt safe and the place was accessible to everyone in Rome.
