Svetlana and Ilya were very pleasant people. I didn’t know much English, especially with Ilya, so we mainly communicated with Svetlana during our stay. The white cardboard was there and they made it quickly. They also gave us a new kettle in the room. The room had an air‑conditioner and a mini fridge right when we checked in. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were window screens, but they need updating. We had a lot of insects: bedbugs, mosquitoes, and gnats. Even though there were screens, the mosquitoes were so numerous that they bit us hard.

The staff were very friendly and the owners were wonderful. The internet was only available at reception; the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room. The bathroom had no light, only a small lamp on the shelf above the sink, which was blinding and inconvenient. Turning it on at night was risky because I could fall in the dark.

The staff were friendly and very correct. Cleanliness was on point, and the location was perfect…there’s simply no complaint about this accommodation…we’ll come back again.
