1. The location is great, right in the center near Opera Station, so walking to the Louvre and other sights is very convenient! Monoprix is also nearby for shopping. 2. The staff were friendly and treated everyone without discrimination. 1. The cleanliness was the worst among all the European places I’ve stayed in. I found bedbugs as soon as I arrived, so bedbug spray is essential, and the towels had stains that needed careful inspection. Most importantly, the housekeeping left items scattered or broken, and they never re‑arranged them properly (usually they either don’t touch or if they do, they don’t straighten them back). The towels, robe, and disposable slippers were not replaced. 2. The interior is very narrow with no storage space.
