The location was very good. The staff was sometimes arrogant and often lacking courtesy.

The room and bathroom were very large. Check‑in was about 15 minutes on foot, which was expected. The luggage storage is paid, which was also warned, but considering there are lockers everywhere in Naples at the same rate, a special rate for guests might be possible. In many hotels it’s free.

The biggest issue was that check‑in wasn’t in the apartment. They took a €125 deposit and after 32 days I still haven’t gotten it back. I’ve written to them but no response! No mention anywhere that a €125 deposit would be taken and that I’d have to wait 32 days, and the money isn’t there. I’m completely disappointed and would not return.

The location is great, the room is huge, the bed is comfortable, and it’s clean… two showers, one of which is enormous. Everything surpassed expectations, especially considering the price‑quality ratio.
