Breakfast was tasty and surprisingly plentiful, and the staff were very friendly. The online check‑in and check‑out went smoothly, and parking in the courtyard was well arranged. Tokaj city center is about a 5‑10 minute drive, or you can walk or bike—there’s a good bike path along the road, which we chose, and we reached Tokaj on foot in about an hour and a half, a pleasant walk. The mattress was extremely firm, making our night very uncomfortable; we woke up several times and had sore backs in the morning. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the faucets flickered and moved back and forth.
