The service was excellent and the breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to Paddington Station, yet the beds feel too soft, the rooms are quite small, and a fan would have helped because it was quite warm.

The location was great, the rooms were nice and the place was quiet, but the key cards for the doors kept malfunctioning, the heating didn’t work in some rooms, and the breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate as I had initially thought; it had to be purchased separately.

It was very convenient and offered good value for London, but the room is pretty small and feels dated.

The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable with the option of high or low pillows, and the bathroom had a large shower; the only downside was that the room was a bit small, but that was fine since we were the only ones staying.
