Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bathrooms could use an upgrade, but overall it was fine for a couple of nights.

The spot was spot‑on for what I wanted to do, and honestly nothing else bothered me.

The 21 rule wasn’t obvious, and they won’t issue refunds even if you never used the room.

The location was great but the hotel was filthy, and we spent two nights without a functioning shower or toilet because the plumbing was messed up; the housekeeper didn’t clean our room for a whole day; overall I was very disappointed with how they handled the plumbing issue, especially given how expensive the stay was!!!!! I would never recommend staying here to anyone. Roaches in the bed and shit!!!!
