“Perfecto”
I really have no complaints about anything.
Pools, room, entertainment. The room cleaning and food were just average.
The building feels fairly new and has been recently renovated, overall very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful, and we especially liked the infinity pool and the various free extra services. Cleaning was great, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels each day. The air conditioning worked well and was efficient. However, the bed linens and pillows looked quite worn and used for a long time, so they should be replaced. Daily bathroom cleaning could also be more thorough. Food quality could improve, and the staff at the buffet entrance were sometimes less friendly than expected. Finally, rooms are poorly soundproofed, and noises from outside and neighboring rooms are easily heard.

Our stay at Playa Park was magnificent, the staff were very kind, the restaurant had all good, high‑quality food. Our room faced the pool, which was truly magnificent at night with an incredible atmosphere. Thanks to Gaetanino from Florence and the lifeguard who let us stay in the pool all night. The stay ended too quickly.
